This page explains how we use cookies and similar technologies on our website.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used.
The categories we use
Necessary cookies make the site function (booking, security, language preference) and are always on; they do not require consent. Analytics cookies help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it, including aggregated session analysis and heatmaps — we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. Marketing cookies measure the performance of our advertising and help show more relevant ads — we use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, and, when we run ad campaigns, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads.
Server-side measurement
For completed bookings we also use server-side conversion measurement (Meta Conversions API), sharing a hashed identifier so a single booking is not counted twice. We never send your name, email or phone number in readable form to these tools, and we do not sell your personal data.
Your choices
When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Manage each category. Analytics and marketing tags load only after you consent. You can change your choice at any time via Cookie Settings in the footer. You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.
Third parties
Analytics and marketing data are processed by third-party providers (Google, Meta, Microsoft) under their own privacy terms.
More information
For how we handle personal data more broadly, see our Privacy Policy. Questions are welcome through the contact details on this site.
