- reservation, accommodation, check-in and check-out information;
- vehicle information, such as the make, model and registration number, where necessary to arrange a parking space or access to parking;
- payment, billing, transaction and refund information;
- correspondence and other communications with Badam by email, telephone, messaging services, website forms or other channels;
- preferences, requests and information relating to services ordered before or during your stay;
- information provided by property owners in connection with property management services;
- technical information and data about the use of our digital resources, including IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, language and device settings, online identifiers, date and time of visit, pages and sections visited, navigation between pages, the source from which you reached our website or digital resource, links used, the duration and nature of interaction with Badam websites, applications, portals and other digital services, as well as cookies and similar technologies where their use is permitted by applicable law;

Guest Information and Regulatory Requirements
As a Holiday Homes operator in Dubai, Badam may be required to collect, retain and provide certain guest and reservation information to the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) or other competent UAE government authorities.
Information may therefore be processed or disclosed where necessary to comply with licensing, tourism, security, taxation, regulatory or other legal obligations applicable to our operations.
Payments
Payments may be processed through banks, payment gateways or other authorised payment service providers.
Badam does not necessarily receive or retain complete payment-card details where a transaction is processed directly by a third-party payment provider. Such providers process information in accordance with their own security and privacy requirements.
Sharing of Personal Information
We do not sell personal information.
Where reasonably necessary, information may be shared with selected third parties involved in providing or supporting our services, including:
- payment processors and financial institutions;
- booking platforms and distribution partners;
- technology, hosting and property-management system providers;
- professional advisers, auditors and insurers, where necessary.
We may share necessary personal information with our service providers, contractors and other authorised persons where such sharing is necessary to provide services requested by you, fulfil a reservation, arrange a stay, maintain a property, or perform our contractual and legal obligations. Such persons may include cleaning and maintenance service providers, transport and transfer services, IT and technical support, concierge service providers, specialists and consultants, and other service providers directly involved in serving a guest or property.
We seek to provide such persons only with the amount of personal information reasonably necessary to perform the relevant service or task. Receipt of information by a service provider does not give that provider the right to use it for its own purposes unrelated to the provision of the relevant services, except where permitted by applicable law.
We may disclose or transfer personal information to competent governmental, regulatory, law-enforcement, judicial and other authorised authorities of the United Arab Emirates, including police authorities, where such disclosure is required or permitted by applicable law, regulatory requirements, a court order, an official request or another lawful requirement of a competent authority. We may share personal information with subsidiaries, affiliates and other companies within the same corporate group as Badam Holiday Homes where such sharing is necessary to provide services, manage reservations and properties, carry out internal administrative and operational processes, ensure security, perform contractual obligations or comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Such sharing is limited to the amount reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose and is carried out in accordance with applicable personal-data protection requirements.
Where permitted by applicable law, we may share limited technical data, online identifiers and information about interactions with our digital services with advertising and social-media platform providers for advertising campaigns, creation and analysis of advertising audiences, measurement of advertising effectiveness and promotion of Badam services. Such processing is carried out in accordance with applicable personal-data protection requirements and, where required, on the basis of appropriate user consent.
Identification documents and other information collected exclusively for guest registration or compliance with legal and regulatory requirements are not shared with social networks for advertising purposes.
We seek to limit information shared with third parties to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.

For completed bookings we may also carry out server-side conversion measurement, sharing a hashed (irreversible) identifier such as a hashed email address so that a single conversion is measured accurately and not counted twice. Identification documents are never shared for advertising purposes.
