Furnishing begins with an understanding of the property itself, its layout, the selected interior concept and the intended format of stay. We select furniture, lighting, decorative elements and other items so that they work together, suit the space and are convenient for everyday use.
The fit-out can cover all functional areas of the apartment. In addition to furniture, we can select and purchase the necessary household appliances, electronics and additional equipment, as well as fully equip the kitchen with tableware, cutlery, kitchen utensils and other necessary items.Where required, the project may include additional technological solutions — from individual electronic devices to Smart Home elements. Their scope is determined by the capabilities of the specific property and the owner’s requirements.We consider the fit-out not only in terms of appearance, but also in terms of the practical use of the space. Our objective is to create a complete and coherent setup for the property so that the owner does not have to independently search for, select and arrange the purchase of missing items.All proposed solutions, equipment and significant expenses are agreed with the owner in advance. The owner receives updates throughout the fit-out process and approves key decisions before the relevant items are purchased and installed.When selecting items, we consider appearance, quality, durability, ease of maintenance and the possibility of replacing individual elements in the future. This is particularly important for short-term rentals: the furnishings and equipment must withstand regular use while maintaining a well-kept appearance.After delivery, we organise the placement of furniture, installation and positioning of equipment, and check the completeness of the fit-out and the readiness of the main elements for use.As a result, the owner receives a fully furnished and equipped apartment — from the main interior pieces and appliances to additional equipment, kitchenware and other agreed fit-out elements.
