We approach the interior not only from an aesthetic perspective, but also with its future use as a short-term rental in mind. The layout, lighting, materials, colour palette and organisation of the space are selected so that the apartment is comfortable for guests, practical in day-to-day operation and able to maintain its appeal under frequent use.
The entire process is carried out in coordination with the owner. We present the concept, proposed solutions, materials and planned changes before the relevant work begins. The owner receives updates throughout the project and participates in approving key decisions. Finishing works or alterations to the interior begin only after the corresponding stage has been approved.Depending on the condition of the property, the scope may include developing a new interior concept, updating an existing space or preparing the apartment following renovation. Once the project has been approved, the required works are carried out by a professional team, with oversight to ensure that the execution remains consistent with the agreed concept.Particular attention is given to materials and finishes: they should combine aesthetics, durability and ease of maintenance. At the same time, the concept is developed around the specific characteristics of the property — its size, layout, location, view, target guest profile and intended type of stay.The result is not simply a finished interior, but a carefully considered foundation for the next stage: furnishing, equipping and preparing the property to welcome guests.
